To compete with the übersilberspitzen European offerings, the older-than-the-Titanic German Rein Dachs brushmakers relented upon their smaller-diameter insistence and now produced some stunning larger class examples, which includes this model officially termed as a 24mm knot (undoubtedly they’re right in some strange German way) and which in this particular mounted version comes in where rubber meets road at ~ 23mm wide with a stellar domed head of ~52-53mm loft.
These knots are brilliantly executed, there’s no other way to put it; they ooze skill. There is _no_ annoying glue plug, you get true flexibility all the way through the loft. The knot canopy is flawlessly figured! We have never had a complaint yet of shedding from these makers and have sold many hundreds of them going back all the way to 2012.
100% of the labor of this knot is done by expert hand; the gathering, weighing, filling, tying, gluing, and setting in to handle all 100% handmade in Germany.
The lathed black resin handle used here is also made in Germany.
