Flagship version 15cm chef’s knife using 1.4116 aissy chrome vanadium stainless steel that has been tempered to a minimum 55 Rockwell.
Used to slice, cut, carve all refined meals inspired by French and international cook (meat, fish, raw vegetables, desserts).
Exquisite olivewood handle with three riveted points. The overall exterior dimensions of the handle are ~16mm wide, ~22.5mm tall at the rear, and ~108mm from the rear to the vertical stabilizer. This knife weighs ~___g, which means the handle itself essentially adds ~__g of weight versus the nearly-equivalent base model of this same 15cm Thiers chef’s knife (which only changes the steel formulation, and the materials of the handle).
