Well would you look at that, cold saponified artisanal soap with stearic acid…not a usual combination, to be sure.

There’s also avocado oil in there, and I presume for the skin benefit rather than the scent profile, which itself is certainly one for the memory banks! Scents, as described, generally conjure up your personal memories. For me, this smells like the memory of hiking around the less beaten down far Eastern portions of pathways on the hopelessly-crowded-until-the-daytrippers-leave magical Mediterranean island of Capri, in those areas where citrus trees aren’t dominanting scent, not that there’s anything wrong with a pervasive scent of fresh citrus of course. But out there, you can smell eucalyptus, lavender, fresh sea air, olive trees…some lucky souls those that get to call that scrap of land their born-to.
