The NTS-Solingen 205 Shiny-Line is a bit smaller 5.5″ thinner with classic centered-to-the-crescent styling.
Modern touches include the vee shaping of the cutting teeth’s tips and hollow grinding upon the inner blade planes.
Weight is just 36.7 grams.
NTS makes (and sells) a whole lot more of the bigger Maylily model, so there’s a bit of a price penalty here for the smaller production runs, which affects the streamlining/economies of scale factors, even for an all-handmade outfit like NTS.
