~4x1x1.5″ acrylic block, made in the USA, for use to shape with the Jarrod plate or whatever reference shape you’ve got laying about, and then to affix with lapping films, sandpaper, etc. so that you can impose the shaped abrasive upon the razor or other cutting tool.
~112g weight.
I’d recommend silicon carbide based sandpaper for shaping, and to polish the surface that you’re going to affix your sandpaper or lapping film to ~1000# fineness.
