One of its two 1.5×4″ facets is shaped via the Jarrod plate and various sandpapers, plus good old hard manual labor, polished through to 1000# to have a convex 1×4″ surface with a ~6.5’Ø shape down the length and ~25’Ø across the width.
112g weight.
15-diamond, ~#1250 grit pressure sensitive adhesive backed 3M Diamond Lapping Film has been applied to this block.
