Description
~4x1x1.5″ acrylic block, made in the USA. One of the two 1.5×4″ facets has now been shaped with the Jarrod plate and various sandpapers, polished through to 1000#, to have a convex surface with a ~6.5’Ø down the 4″ length, and a ~25’Ø across the 1″ width.
~110g weight.
You can use pressure sensitive adhesive backed lapping films or sandpapers cut to size with this block to carve in a concave shaped bevel form on razors, knives, and other cutting tools.
