Gillette 7 O’Clock SharpEdge: Plain paper wrapping, but there is wax on the blades. A well regarded blade by many.
Frankly, though their mother likely knows who is who, I cannot tell any difference between these and the “7 O’Clock Super Stainless” in a blind shave, and they’re assuredly produced in the same factory, which is also the birthplace of the ‘Silver Blue’ Gillettes, Astra, and many other brandings. I’d hope all can agree these blades are sharp, only question’s whether you find ’em “smooth”…and what is “smooth”, anyway? How do we define that? Did you ever stop to think about why we’re here?
