We met Saly Savons’ creator while in Lyon for 2 extra days after traveling to film the Thiers Isssard factory, and they’re a dyed in the wool French cold saponification specialist, which as you may be aware is right up the ole’ TSS alley. Cold saponified soap’s good for you soul!
Sheep’s milk and honey soap is suitable for all skin types and sensitive skin, and in this iteration of cold saponified soap the primary fat by volume is the venerable sodium shea butterate, always a great sign for how you’ll feel hydrated during the soap’s use and not because of a bunch of exotic lipids are stirred in to the mix after final saponification’s occurred as an end-around to a more alkaline soap base.
76x29mm (WxH) disc in poplar continer, ~120g weight. Even the polar vessel’s made in France!
